Status of these Conditions

These Conditions (along with our Privacy Policy) tell you information about us and the legal terms and conditions on which we sell tickets to the Burns Big Night In event. These Conditions will apply to any contract between us for the sale of tickets to you. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and obligations under the law. By using this website you agree to be bound by these Conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these Conditions you should not purchase a ticket online. These Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Please note:

  • No refunds will be given unless

  • the event is cancelled and unable to run at all

  • unless over 50% of the show is disrupted by outage or power loss on the streaming service, evidenced by our production reporting software.  This would mean that over 50% of the show could not be viewed in real-time

  • Tickets are fully transferable. Please contact the organisers to confirm who you wish to transfer your ticket to. Please note this must be actioned at least 24 hrs in advance. After this time, we cannot guarantee the transferral

  • National Trust for Scotland and its production partners cannot be held responsible for ticket purchasers own Wi-Fi/broadband connection and any issues arising from poor connectivity

  • The event site supports the following browsers:

  • Chrome – PC, Mac and Linux

  • Firefox – PC, Mac and Linux

  • Internet Explorer – PC Only

  • Microsoft Edge – PC and Mac

  • Microsoft Edge Legacy – PC Only

  • Safari – Mac only

  • National Trust for Scotland and its production partners cannot be held responsible for ticket purchasers using browsers which are not supported

  • Description of event - We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, we reserve the right to amend the event programme if required. Any updates will be made upon the event website.

  • Box of Braw can only be sent to a UK address.
